It's About Time...

My son and husband created this web page after I completed Yoga Bootcamp, nearly a year ago! I have now overcome the computer anxiety/trauma (and along with a cheet sheet) am ready to blog, on my own. I am hopeful that this site will keep my students informed and enlightened and the family updated with news and blog-stuff. I like the idea of editorializing, as well.

Namaste is the sanskrit equivalent of peace/shalom/carry on/happy trails.

Great post.
Wish I lived 'closer by' so I could practice yoga with you. I am impressed that you did the yoga bootcamp thing and are holding classes.
