Feeling Fallish
It must be the change in the air or the change in the leaves...
or the smell of the forest from the back of my pony or the winding mountain roads from the back of the Harley.
Tuesday night Yogini Yoga has been on hold for a few weeks, with health and/or other life plans curtailing our practice. I am hopeful for this upcoming Tuesday night, with our without a full moon.
I have been subbing at Say Yes to Yoga in Webstah' to cover some weekend classes. The most unusual classes have been the children's yoga. Once a month I teach two classes for 4-7 and 8-12 year olds. This is a "drop in" class so I never know who will show or how many. Several have come back for more, and some just need to be entertained. It's always interesting and fast moving. Vinyasa Krama with lots of props!
Practice for the yoga gypsy life.

I hope all your Yoga Ladies will get back Thursday! With all the rain coming this way a little yoga would be good! Enjoy the riding while you can - the snow is coming... brrr...
