Yoga with Grace participants gather on their mats or chairs to begin the class. Class opens with scripture and breathing experiences. There will be a series of warm-up yoga poses that lead into a variety of poses that involve bending, stretching, and twisting. The goal is to move all of the body within participant’s abilities. The class will close in a resting position with breathing and meditation. Handouts will be given to participants depending on the type of class being offered. Handouts are related to the class and may include the class scripture lesson, related yoga postures and resources.
