Yoga with Grace is a yoga practice that celebrates God’s grace and encourages personal growth in faith, life and body within an atmosphere of compassion.
Yoga with Grace is for those who seek to know God’s grace in their lives. As we participate in our class, there will be opportunities for exploration and experience of God’s grace through prayer, scripture, music, meditation, breathing and posture practices.
Yoga with Grace acknowledges our seeking to live life with grace. We seek to live a life filled with peace, love, hope and faith. This seeking is a road with its ups and downs. Yoga with Grace is a place to share and grow through our practice of postures, breathing, meditation, and prayer while experiencing God’s grace.
