 Pam sitting enjoying some sun last winter! You may be asking, "What is Snowga? It is yoga in the snow (or at least in cold weather). I meet with a group of southcoast yoga instructors on Saturday morning. We had a great time talking and drinking coffee. Jessica suggested we sponsor Snowga this winter. We are looking to lead a Snowga practice in February sometime. The group had some great ideas for locations. Do you have any location ideas? I will post the date(s) for Snowga when I have them.
My husband took some pictures of me doing yoga on a snow pile in our yard last year. The sun felt sooo good on my face!

Hello everyone, I am from Wembley, Britain. I want to write this testimony to tell others and thank Dr. Odunga for what he has done for me. The first 12 years of my marriage I had 5 miscarriages and I was called all sorts of names by my mother-in-law and this my marriage life was very hectic and a burden of sorrow.
